Shipping

All prints are custom printed and framed in Tasmania. Due to current delays in materials, prints may take 6 weeks to ship. Shipping is complimentary throughout Australia. Framed prints are sent via registered Australia Post. All orders will receive a tracking number once shipped.

Packaging

Prints are safely wrapped in biodegradable hex wrap and secured in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure they are safe during their journey. All packaging is recyclable.

Returns

Should any items be damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Damaged items will be exchanged or a refund issued, within 7 days of receiving the item. In the case of a change of mind, an item will be refunded within 14 days as long as the product is in the condition it was when it delivered. Olivia Claire Media will refund the price of the print excluding shipping. Items must be shipped in the original packaging (with necessary protective padding) and be pre-paid by the customer. Olivia Claire Media will not transact a refund until returned items have been received.
